We all play and use the term sports many times in our daily life but when we are asked to define the term “sports” then we always remain silent or just name of our favorite sport. The term “Sport” refers to a well-organized play which is done for entertainment with competitive strength and skills in which a winner is chosen by the objective of that game.
A winner should be always committed towards the game he is playing which means he / she should do lots of practice on daily basis. It does not mean that he has to do only physical practice but in sports mental practice is also necessary because mental strength is also required and have equal importance as same as physical strength.
Mental Strength can provide great strategy by which he along with his team can win the game. Strategy plays a crucial role always. Whether it is a war or sports, team with great strategy will only win. And one should also realize that there should be fair play.
Fair play means that no team should cheats or does anything to harm another player. One should have team spirit and understand they are players too. Each and every player should respect another player whether he is a newbie or from different country.
Sports are of two types Physical Sports and Mental Sports. Mental Sports are usually played inside the home such as card games, board games etc. these type of sports mainly require only mind skills. But on the other hand physical sports are played in the ground or in court. These games require both mental as well as physical strength to play.
Examples for Physical sports are Cricket, Football, Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Base Ball, Tennis, Squash and many more. These sports require lot of hard work and commitment.
